 | Linda Bassett is a remakable actress: unfussy, utterly truthful and with the ability to convey a lifetime of suffering in a single simple gesture. Her 'Miss Helen' in this production is one of the most moving performances I have seen in many years. James Laurenson are Sian Clifford are also outstanding.
