| An exceptional piece of theatre. I went after seeing the review in the Scotsman and thinking that it sounded very interesting and came out with my head in an absolute whirlwind. I was so engaged with all of the characters and found the writing to be powerful. I would definately go again if i got the chance. I hope this show transfers so i can bring my family! - Gladys Hecton | 23 Sep 10 | |
| This was very poor theatre I couldn't understand what the actors were saying, especially that Birmingham or Liverpool guy playing his friend. Tedious. It was sort of like bad student theatre really, except with no lighting design or sentiment. There is no way that the ending rang true. See their other show, it's better. Otherwise, do not waste your money - Fringe Trash at it's worst. - John Gallow | 22 Aug 10 | |
| Is it not incredibly wrong for a reviewer to enter a production with such pre-conceived ideas? This was a great show and I too have seen them both. - Jane Ford | 20 Aug 10 | |
| Great play. Great cast. Great story. A hugely impressive show that is not to be missed. We saw the guys on the Mervyn Stutter Pick of the Fringe performing Territory and have now seen both plays. What a talented company. Definately a company to watch out for. - James Crawley | 11 Aug 10 | |
| Having also seen Johnson's Territory I was shocked by how different The Meeting was to his debut play. The piece takes us through the highs and lows of fottballer Jake's fall from grace. The relevance of this piece is outstanding having read an artice recently which completley reflects the storyline. I cant wait to see where this piece goes next. An excellent piece of writing that shows real talent and dedication from both writer and actors. A great achievement. - Stephen Hardy | 11 Aug 10 | |

| I completely disagree with this review. I found that the ending was a complete shock that left me moved and engaged. I found that the entire cast gave exceptional performances and that the transitions between the scenes were slick and professional. - John O'Sullivan | 11 Aug 10 |
