| I travelled over 150 miles to see this 50 minute play and it was worth every mile. This is a riveting performance from both father and son. Samuel West is one of our most charismatic ‘young’ actors and the obvious chemistry between him and his father was electric. - 193.23.116.11) | 10 Nov 06 | |
| This was fascinating intimate theatre. The stage a simple room, one chair and one small table. Lighting and sound a reminder that something unnatural, even sinister, was involved. An absorbing fifty minutes of conversation between father and 'sons'. Faultless acting from Timothy West and three brilliant but subtly different performances from Samuel West. - 195.93.21.106) | 02 Nov 06 | |
| Hard to mark this. Itz certainly short n sweet (60m) and very watchable. The plot does take a few mins to unravel/accept/understand - a hint of the 50's Hollywood B movie mad scientist thankfully gives way to the true series of events. Itz intimate, well staged and well acted. I did feel a slight spookiness in watching a father-son play acted by father-son and on those fairly unique grounds it's probably worth an extra star. - 172.159.12.182) | 02 Nov 06 |
