| Great costumes and stage sets but a very poorly thought out show. It had potential but there was a lack of enthusiasm from the players and poor interaction with the audience. | Very disappointed. The audience was not engaged from the beginning, a hubbub was heard throughout the show. Where there arr lots of children this happens but this was chattering rather than excitement. When we really thought about it neither the songs nor the dialogue came across, sound was neither clear nor captivating. Friend who attended s later show had much the same comments and they had no idea about the story (they had not seen the film). King Julien gave is some hope but sadly this came too late.
