| A truly inspired production, but take my advice: Don't sit next to the stage. If you have to sit next to the stage, wear the clothes you keep for decorating. A few months ago I was liberally splattered with war paint during the RSC "Cymbeline" - this is MUCH messier! - USER: Whatsonstage.com (195.92.168.171) | 02 Feb 04 | |
| Agree with everything in this review. A theatrical experience I doubt I will ever see again in my life - after all, instead of getting wet (like Singin' in the Rain) you get.. muddy. Jake. - USER: Whatsonstage.com (195.92.168.176) | 01 Nov 03 | |
| Hello from Russia! We are Russian university students. We love the books write by George Orwell very much. We long to see the performances based on the Orwell’s books. There aren’t such theatre plays in Russia that’s why we take an interest in English spectacles, which are based on his great works. But we haven’t any possibilities to go to UK so we hoped we could read reviews of those lucky people who has seen such performances. Why don’t you write here your impressions? Write it, please!!!
