| Really enjoyed this production at the ever reliable Trafalgar 2! An audience on all 4 sides made it even more intimate than usual (if that's possible) and the cast all acted their socks off!!! A fabulous end to the Donmar @ Trafalgar season. Please give us more next year.... - Em and Jon | 23 Jan 12 | |
| An excellent production, with a great cast. Very engrossing and engaging, and ideal for such a small venue. A heavy subject but time whizzed by. One of the better plays I've seen recently, but not light easy viewing. - cori | 17 Jan 12 | |
| Saw this last night and was struck by the relatively old audience-suspect that many, like me, had 'done' the play as part of A level French many years ago! As far as I know, it hasn't been performed in London for many years and this was an excellent staging which brought home to me how relevant the play still is. True, it gets a bit repetitive towards the end , but the atmosphere was gripping throughout and well acted. - dch | 12 Jan 12 | |
| Unusual to see such deep stuff in our stages. If you don't like to think you'd better go to see something else... Fine acting, Superb Will Keen! - Simone | 11 Jan 12 | |
| This is not a frivolous entertainment, but a philosophical play quite relevant to our times and to the conservative society in which we live. Extremely interesting and dialectical. And, of course, another occasion to be astonished by the outstanding Will Keen. - Hecuba | 11 Jan 12 |
