Synopsis
Having left Brooklyn to make a new start with her teenage son, Linda, an affluent African-American, buys a ranch in Texas. When the original owner refuses to leave, physical and psychological violence ensue. Demanding his own relationship to the land, Linda’s son Jacob begins a mysterious ritual in the moonlight.
