Synopsis
Wondrous Stories is a very ambitious show using 300 pupils and a 10 piece live band. Act One tells a total of 16 different stories; they range from Cinderella through Romeo and Juliet to The Ugly Duckling and Rasputin. As usual in Theatretrain shows, the stories are told through a fusion of drama, dance and singing and the songs go from Britney to the Kaiser Chiefs and Avril to Bon Jovi. In Act Two everyone comes together to tell the story of Tommy; the boy who became deaf, dumb and blind but eventually found the road to enlightenment via a pin ball machine.
