Hurly Burly burlesque succeeds RSC Bible play at Duchess?Date: 15 May 2012Unpack your feather boa. Burlesque artiste Miss Polly Rae and her six Hurly Burly Girls may soon be raising temperatures again in the West End. The Hurly Burly Show, the "all-singing, all-dancing burlesque-inspired revue" which played a limited season at the Garrick Theatre last spring, is tipped to fill the gap left at the Duchess Theatre by the early closure of David Edgar’s Written on the Heart.
