La Clique Returns for Christmas on South Bank??? Date: 7 July 2010
Olivier Award-winning burlesque show La Clique could be making a return to London later this year. Last seen in the capital at the Roundhouse at the end of last year (following its controversial eviction from the Hippodrome), its new home will be more familiar - the 700-seat Spiegeltent, which will be pitched on Coin Street near the National Theatre. The show, an eclectic range of cabaret, burlesque, circus and variety, could open as early as October, and remain resident for the festive season.
