Dan Stevens & Sienna Miller in Line for Birdsong???
Date: 26 May 2010

We read in the Sunday Telegraph that Sienna Miller may be returning to the London stage to appear in the adaptation of Sebastian Faulks’ Birdsong, which premieres at the Comedy Theatre on 29 September 2010 (previews from 18 September), directed by Trevor Nunn. Since making her theatrical debut in a West End production of As You Like It in 2005, Miller has notched up film credits including Factory Girl, Interview, Stardust and GI Joe, and made her Broadway debut last year in Patrick Marber’s After Miss Julie. In fact, a show spokesperson has told Whatsonstage.com that Miller is not and never was going to be in the play. Also rumoured for the Birdsong cast is Dan Stevens (Arcadia, The Vortex, Hay Fever on stage, The Line of Beauty, Sense and Sensibility, The Turn of the Screw on screen).
