Private Lives Exposed In The West End???Date: 2 October 2009Noel Coward’s well known 1929 comedy Private Lives could be set to return to the West End for a limited run next year. Following on from the anniversary revival at the Hampstead earlier this year, the move to the West End will be its first in nearly fifty years. The play focuses on Amanda and Elyot who can’t live together or apart. When they discover they are honeymooning in the same hotel with their new partners, they not only fall in love all over again, but learn to hate each other all over again. It’s rumoured to be directed by former NT Artistic Director Richard Eyre, and could be opening as early as January 2010. - by Rowena Betts - Theatregoer Reporter Got some goss?
