Flamin Galah! BB’s Jade Cameos in Vegemite???Date: 18 September 2006 Big Brother contestant Jade Goody, who has become a household name through the Channel 4 series and myriad gossip column inches, will make a one-off appearance in Aussie stage comedy The Vegemite Tales this week. Her appearance, which includes a small speaking role, forms part of a Big Brother-style task set for candidates on her new reality TV show Jade’s PA, which is shown on Living TV. Strewth, Sheila! Jade will rehearse during the day on Tuesday 19 September 2006, and, having learned her two lines of script, perform that evening. Billed as the antipodean answer to Friends, The Vegemite Tales delves into the lives of a group of young antipodeans colonising a west London flat. Melanie Tait wrote the comedy based on her own experiences while living in the UK. The Vegemite Tales is booking to 14 October at The Venue, Leicester Square.
