Atkins� Vita Crosses Over to Screen???

And while we�re catching up with former Cabaret stars, it�s worth mentioning that Natasha Richardson (who won a best actress in a musical Tony Award for her Sally Bowles in Sam Mendes� New York staging) may team up with Emily Watson (who, coincidentally, appeared in London and New York in Mendes� Donmar farewell double bill of Twelfth Night and Uncle Vanya) for a stage-to-screen crossover of Vita and Virginia. The 1992 play was adapted by actress Eileen Atkins � who appeared in it with Vanessa Redgrave � from correspondence between novelist between Virginia Woolf and Vita Sackville-West from 1922 to 1941.
