High-stepping for History Boys � The Ballet???

As Alan Bennett�s multi award-winning play The History Boys returns tonight (2 December 2005) to the National for a third time after a regional tour and ahead of an international tour, Broadway premiere and feature film release (See News, 10 Nov 2005), the question one has to ask is: whatever next? �Then there will be a musical,� joked NT artistic director Nicholas Hytner, who has directed the piece on stage and screen, �and I�m currently fielding offers from international dance companies for History Boys � The Ballet.� Well, you never know!
