Cool Boney M Musical Set for Spring Premiere???Date: 1 November 2005Well, we've had Abba, Queen, Madness and Rod Stewart and next year we’ll have UB40 in Birmingham on stage so why not Boney M too? The Seventies disco group is lending its greatest hits to a new compilation musical, entitled Daddy Cool after one of said hits, which is tipped for a West End premiere in the spring, possibly at the Shaftesbury Theatre, currently home to High Society, now sans Jerry Hall (See Today’s News). So start dusting off your flares to the strains of "By the Rivers of Babylon" and "Rasputin" now. Related Content |
