Viz Sketches Comic Treats for RSC???

The creators of Viz - the �mature� comic which has introduced students and perpetual adolescents to such characters as The Fat Slags, Johnny Fartpants and Sid the Sexist - is teaming up with the Royal Shakespeare Company to promote the company�s Comedies season and emphasise the Bard�s relevance to modern society. Viz cartoonists have created sketches of the backstage staff at the RSC�s Stratford home to become part of the sets for A Midsummer Night's Dream and Twelfth Night. The season runs in Stratford until October 2005 and will transfer to the West End�s newly renamed Novello Theatre in December (See News, 7 Jun 2005).
