Ashley Judd Debuts in Burn This Revival???Date: 24 January 2005At the end of the year, Out of the Blue also plans to bring another Hollywood heavy hitter, Ashley Judd, to London to star in a revival of Burn This (See “The Producers: Clare Lawrence, Out of the Blue” in This Week’s Features). Lanford Wilson’s is most closely associated with John Malkovich, who starred in the 1987 premiere in Los Angeles before reprising his role on Broadway and in London. Set in New York, the romantic drama follows the uneasy relationship between short order cook Pale, originally played by Malkovich, and his lover Anna, played by Joan Allen in the US and Juliet Stevenson in the 1990 UK premiere. Judd’s many film credits include De-lovely, Frida, Double Jeopardy, Kiss the Girls, Eye of the Beholder and A Time to Kill. Related Content |
