Devilish Bedella Back for Springer???

Producers at Avalon have issued a press release to announce that David Bedella, now billed as the Holby City star on the back of his appearances as American plastic surgeon Dr Carlos Fashola in the BBC TV series, returns this week to Jerry Springer - The Opera at the West End�s Cambridge Theatre. This is good news as Bedella is excellent as Warm-up Man and Satan, a performance for which he rightly won this year�s Olivier Award for Best Actor in a Musical (See News, 23 Feb 2004). However, we can�t help but notice that no press release was ever issued (or certainly none that Whatsonstage.com received) about Bedella�s planned absence from the show! Anyway, he�s back now so get in there.
