Complicite Settles Down at Ally Pally???Date: 5 July 2004Speaking of press conferences about companies making homes in London (See Today’s Other Goss), Simon McBurney’s acclaimed Complicite – whose Measure for Measure is currently playing at the NT Olivier - is holding one this Friday, 9 July 2004. Though announcement details are sketchy at this point, given that the event is being held at Alexandra Palace, it’s safe to assume that rumours about Complicite refurbishing the 2,500-seat auditorium in north London for regular performances aren’t far off the mark. Once again, be sure to watch Whatsonstage.com News for full reporting on that as well as, on Wednesday, the Young Vic’s announcement of what it will be doing during the two-year closure of its Waterloo home (See News, 24 Feb 2004).
