Colin Farrell Harbours Stage Obsession???

Irish screen heartthrob Colin Farrell may be appearing in the West End next year. He's reportedly signed up for Magnificent Obsession, a stage adaptation of the 1950s Douglas Sirk melodrama that provided a vehicle for Rock Hudson, tipped for London's Donmar Warehouse in spring 2004. Farrell has won international recognition for his acting in films such as Tigerland, Minority Report and Phone Booth while also generating reams of newsprint about his hell-raising. Currently in Morocco, Farrell seems to be actively pursuing both on the set of Alexander, Oliver Stone's film about Alexander the Great, in which Farrell takes the title role.
