Close & Co-Stars Dish Dirt on Backstage Streetcar???Date: 19 November 2002If you want a first or last look at Glenn Close and her Streetcar Named Desire co-stars, get yourself down to the National on Friday afternoon. The play's limited season, which ends this Saturday 23 November, has been sold out for some time, but at the 11th hour, the NT has finally managed to coordinate the actors' various schedules and are mounting a Platform discussion in which Close, Iain Glen (who plays Stanley Kowalski), Essie Davis (Stella Kowalski) and Robert Pastorelli (Mitch) will talk about their experience of working together on this Tennessee Williams classic, directed by Trevor Nunn. The Platform will by held in the Lyttelton at 5.30pm, with tickets priced £3.50 (£2.50 concessions). Related Content |
