WOS TV: Barbershopera 'Could Have Married Kate'

Date: 20 April 2011

Edinburgh Fringe favourites and MTM Award-winners Babershopera, whose latest muscical Apocalypse No! enjoyed a short run at Trafalgar Studios earlier this year, have spectacularly failed to get into the spirit of the upcoming royal nuptials, releasing a well-crafted YouTube video titled "I Could Have Married Kate".

Troupe members Rob Castell, Will Kenning, Pete Sorel-Cameron and Lara Stubbs all feature in the clip which follows a group of Catherine Middleton's unsuccessful suitors whose passion for the future queen "drives them to the soulful world of four-part harmony R&B".

Babershopera joined forces with Fuzz Productions and director Barry Pilling. Find the hilarious and tuneful fruits of their labours below.

Babershopera continue to tour Apocalypse No! with upcoming dates in Chipping Norton, Exeter, Cookham, Lancashire and the Scottish Highlands.
