Maison Foo’s Memoirs of a Biscuit Tin– Another one of my all time favourite videos, this barmy clip from Maison Foo’s Memoirs of a Biscuit Tin is sure to pull in the crowds. An exciting new piece of visual theatre that follows the story of a decaying house, a forgotten old lady and the memories that lie within. With an inventive blend of physical theatre, puppetry, clowning, and object manipulation, Maison Foo brings to life the imaginative topsy turvy world lurking behind the door of number 92.

Frances Ruffelle gets Beneath the Dress- West End star and Tony Award winner Frances Ruffelle brings a touch of glamour and sexy sophistication to the Fringe this year with her one woman show Beneath the Dress. Featuring all the old standards discerning musical theatre lovers will know and love as well the new ones to keep the younger fans pleased, Frankie will no doubt prove a hit at this year’s festival.

Jean Abreu Dance go Inside - Returning to the Fringe with their new hard hitting piece of dance theatre Inside, the show features five outstanding male dancers and choreography by Jerwood Award winner, Jean Abreu. Inside explores violence, incarceration, solitude and hope within the prison walls - a gritty, compelling production revealing surprising tenderness within the starkness of captivity. Teamed with a pulsing soundtrack by 65daysofstatic, this is high energy dance art it’s best.

Reel to Real hits right note – This spectacular show marries clips from Warner and MGM movie musicals with live performers singing the greatest songs of Broadway. The latest in multimedia technology seamlessly integrates classic Hollywood film footage with an original story, bringing the good old Hollywood days back to life in magnificent style. A true one off at the Festival and sure to capture the imaginations of the audience.
