The Whatsonstage.com Television channel is a rapidly expanding archive of theatre-related video content. As well as our exclusive first night reports, we regularly add show trailers, event promos, interviews, video diaries and behind-the-scenes footage.

With only a few days to go before we reveal the winners of the 10th Annual Whatsonstage.com Awards, this fortnight’s video picks feature many of the confirmed artists who will be performing at the Winners Concert on 14th February. Tickets are now sold out for the hugely anticipated event, with any reserve tickets being released on 12th February.

Consider yourself well in! – After triumphing in the televised search for Nancy, Jodie Prenger is continuing to wow audiences at the Theatre Royal Drury Lane, where Cameron Mackintosh’s record breaking revival of Oliver! packs in the crowds every night. Joining us at the Awards Concert this Sunday, Jodie will be leaving her cockney barmaid behind for one night and treating us to a very special performance to celebrate Sondheim’s 80th Birthday.

Green with envy? - Some would say the green witch’s shoes are a hard pair to fill, but Alexia Khadime, the latest Elphaba to defy gravity in the West End hit Wicked, has made the part her own and will be leaving the glittering greens of Oz when she takes to the Awards Concert stage this week. Here, thanks to the V&A Museum, we take a look at the time consuming make up process Alexia goes through for every show.

Joyful, joyful! - Always a welcome addition to any concert and after a busy festive season, we’re thrilled that the West End Gospel Choir will be joining us to celebrate the 10th Annual Whatsonstage.com Awards. Bringing together some of the finest names from the West End, the choir will be joined on stage for a one off performance with a special guest.

Onwards, bigger and better – Making their Awards Concert debuts, Lucy May Barker and Charlotte Wakefield were part of the new rock musical Spring Awakening, enjoying a critically acclaimed run at the Lyric Hammersmith as well as taking the show to the Novello. These two talented youngsters will surely go on to bigger things and we can’t wait to see what they’ll bring to the star-studded event.

Tapioca your blues away… – A true musical theatre stalwart, Sally Ann Triplet is one of our true West End leading ladies, who will no doubt bring a huge dose of glitz to proceedings on Sunday. Having appeared in West End hits Anything Goes, Chess, Grease, Cats, Guys and Dolls, Chicago and Mammia Mia, here we see her in the first glimpse of the brilliant witty Victoria Wood helmed Acorn Antiques the Musical at Wood’s BAFTA tribute show.
