  • Circling Cymbeline - After the National Youth Theatre’s hugely successful performance of The Merchant of Venice in Beijing in 2008, they return to the West End with an all new version of Cymbeline one of Shakespeare’s seldom seen final plays. The best of Britain’s young talent will take to the stage at the Arts Theatre where you’ll be transported into a world of fairytale where all isn’t quite what it seems and family ties are tested to their limits.

  • Can she really defy gravity..? - WARNING! WICKED’S ‘MAGIC’ REVEALED! Yes, I know, it will come as a shock to everyone but unfortunately Elphaba needs more than a broomstick and a few mystical words to levitate during the hit number Defying Gravity from the musical Wicked. In this clip from CBS, we see Stephanie J. Block, the original touring Elphaba explain how she’s lifted into the air each night. Interesting in its own right, it comes complete with some brilliantly witty play on words, which are sure to bring a wry smirk to any musical theatre fan.

  • Inside Out & upside down… - Swedish company Cirkus Cirkör are bringing their latest show Inside Out to the Peacock Theatre this Autumn. Brimming with gripping storytelling and spectacular physical feats, this celebration of circus is inspired by the mysteries of the human body and features a cast of 8 highly skilled and versatile performers who challenge gravity as they turn the world upside down upon a chance meeting with a circus company of bizarre, magical oddballs. Definitely something different. Definitely one to watch!
