WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
Almost all writers - be they Willy Russell, Sue Townsend or Benjamin Zephaniah - begin with 'what they know', the world they came from. And then they give rein to their imagination! The Writers' Guild of Great Britain return to Derby Theatre studio with another vibrant evening of discussion with a panel of expert guests, who in the past have included Bryony Lavery, David Edgar, Billy Ivory and Jeremy Howe, the commissioning editor of BBC Radio drama. So don't miss this exciting event!
