Music fans are invited to take a trip back to the summer of '63, to relive Patrick Swayze and Jennifer Grey's sizzling performance in the box office hit that has become a cult classic. "The whole world loves Dirty Dancing," says Michael. "It's the ultimate coming of age romance and truly iconic entertainment." The film defines the 1980s. It was the first movie to sell 1 million videos, it produced a number one single and achieved album sales of 42 million worldwide. "Prepare for A Night of Dirty Dancing - not the West End and touring musical, but the brand-new sensational, inspirational, aspirational box office smash of the year," says Michael.

Her many awards include a Tony for her Broadway performance in the Styne-Harburg musical Darling of the Day (1967) and a Laurence Olivier Award for her performance in Leonard Bernstein s Candide (Old Vic 1989).

Yamato play Wadaiko drums that range from the size of a plate to over a metre in diameter, including the Odaiko drum, hewn from one huge tree over four hundred years old. Yamato's captivating music has both delicate beauty and heart thumping bass power, played by drummers with a strength and skill that defies belief.
