Meet the Made In Bristol company

Find out how this scheme is helping 18-25 year-old budding theatre makers in Bristol

Now in its sixth year, Made in Bristol is a scheme for young people aged 18-25 on some sort of gap year – be it having graduated from university, finished school or being in part time employment.

The company is resident at Bristol Old Vic two days a week, where they train to become workshop leaders, assistants and theatre makers, creating work that can reach out across Bristol and the South West.

Designed to give young theatre-makers an opportunity to train together and make work together, previous years have seen the creation of companies including The Wardrobe Ensemble and The Tin Can Collective.
