Never Forget & Dancing In The Streets come to Newcastle

Following recent sell out shows in Newcastle and Sunderland, Never Forget, the Take That story, makes a triumphant return to Newcastle at The Journal Tyne Theatre for 1 week only from Monday 1 to Saturday 6 February 2010.

Five young men enter a local talent competition, each looking for a way out and a step up. Along the way they discover fame comes at a price but friendships last forever.

Direct from the West End, this funny, touching and ultimately uplifting new musical is written by BAFTA award winner Danny Brocklehurst with Guy Jones and Ed Curtis.

Never Forget features classic Take That songs, with a 21 strong company of dancers and singers, a local children’s choir of 20 and breathtaking special effects including a 24 foot curtain of rain.

If that’s not up your street, perhaps Dancing In The Streets is.

Experience the energy, the excitement, the emotion and the electricity of Motown in award winning director Keith Strachan’s production of the hit show Dancing in the Streets, the spectacular celebration of classic music from the heart of the Motor City, Detroit.

Why not join the Dancing in the Streets company from Monday 1 to Saturday 6 March 2010 as they take you through the classic Motown hits.

Tickets for both shows are available now from The Journal Tyne Theatre Box Office in person, by calling 0844 4939999 or by visiting Journal Tyne Theatre
