Mark Thomas Returns with The Wall

Following his sell-out nationwide show The Manifesto, popular comedian and activist Mark Thomas returns to Darlington Arts Centre on Wednesday 30 March at 8pm, with his brand new show, The Wall.

Never one to take the easy option, Mark decided to go rambling in the Middle East and walked the entire length of the Israeli Separation Barrier crossing between the Israeli and the Palestinian side.

This is the story of 300 000 settlers; a 750 km wall; six arrests, one stoning; too much hummus and a simple question…”Can you ever get away from it all with a good walk?”

Sony Award Winner and Perrier Award nominee, Mark has been a performer since 1985. He has toured the UK and abroad, has made seven series of his own show for Channel 4, worked as a comic, an activist and a writer. He still just about has a regular column in the New Statesman magazine.

Tickets are priced at £15 (discounts £10), to book call the Box Office on 01325 486555 or book online at the Darlington Arts Centre website
