ABOUT THE PLAY – Robin Hood:
Hidden in the depths of Sherwood Forest, Robin Hood and his friends live a life of adventure – taking from the rich to give to the poor and outwitting the cruel Sheriff of Nottingham at every turn with their cunning escapades.
Together with Maid Marion, Friar Tuck and a whole host of Merry Men, Robin Hood will bring the tales of Sherwood Forest to life – a world of heroic quests, love, gallantry, outlaws, castles and Kings!
The Octagon Theatre will be transformed into a festive hideaway, home to merriment, daring deeds and unexpected delights! With original music performed live by talented actor-musicians, a cast of local young performers and a whole heap of fun and adventure, Robin Hood is not to be missed!
Suitable for ages 5 and over.

To WIN one family ticket for Robin Hood at the Bolton Octagon for any performance (excluding peak periods 21 Dec – 4 Jan) from 15 November – 11 January, just answer this simple question: What colour is associated with the story of Robin Hood?
and send your answer, name and address in an email to glenn@whatsonstage.com making the subject heading Robin Hood comp by the closing date on Fri, 8 November at 12pm.
Terms and Conditions:
Please include your name address as you will be sent a voucher to use for any performance of your choice, apart from the dates specified. But, please note this is subject to availability, so have a few dates in mind when booking. Tickets cannot be exchanged for any production at the Octagon. Only one entry per household/email account please, as multiple entries/spammers will be deleted. Also, please ensure that you are free to attend and that you have at least two in your party under 16. Travel is not provided and please note seating could be anywhere in the auditorium and we are not provided with these details in advance. The winner will be emailed.
