Hey, just a quick question about the wonderful Gabriel Vick who played Henrik in the recent production of A Little Nught Music.

According to the discussion board I read that he was going into La Cage aux Follies. However according to a Whatsonstage article I read he has gone into Avenue Q.

Can anyone clarify for me as to which he has gone into and whether or not he has stated as yet. If he hasn't, does anyone know when he will?

His agent's website says he's going into La Cage aux Folles. I guess he could be going into Avenue Q after that, since La Cage is supposedly finishing in January and I think that's when the next full Q cast change is. I haven't heard anything about him going back - he was in the original London cast of Q in 2006/7, of course. The new La Cage cast starts on 14th September and are already rehearsing, I believe.

That's weird ...I literally just posted something on the Night Music thread asking if anyone knew what Gabriel Vick is doing next. I'd heard a rumour about La Cage too, so if it's on his agent's website that must be correct I guess.

He was as swing in the original cast of Avenue Q, would he really go back?

Would love to see Gabriel in something...Didn't get the chance to see him in A Little Night Music and La Cage has now closed. If he's going to Avenue Q, he would either go back into Swing or he may have been given a lead part?

He's not going to be Princeton/Rod, that's for sure - I've gone completely blank on who is taking over from Daniel, but it's not Gabriel. I suspect either the original poster or the author of the WOS article made a mistake. Hope to see him in something else soon, though, I thought he was great in ALNM.
