Thinking about Daniel Boys got me thinking about Chris Barton (who I also loved at Miranda!). What's he up to now he's finished Spring Awakening?

Think he's going into We Will Rock You.

I hear Chris is going into Hairspray.

According to his fan club he will be going in as Ensemble and a Link Cover!

Chris got confirmation yesterday afternoon. He is Ensemble/1st Cover Link in Hairspray when the new cast go in!! YAY!!!!

I saw Chris as Benjamin on the Joseph tour, as Older Benny in 'Our Benny' and recently in Spring Awakening. He's a local lad, so I voted for him on ADWD.

Chirs was at Hairspray last night watching & came to see Ben.

It is good to see Chris doing really well for himself after the 'I'd Do Anything' programme.

In the last couple of years I've seen him in Bill Kenwright's 'Joseph' tour, 'Our Benny'. 'Spring Awakening' and now 'Hairspray'.

He came across like quite a nice guy at the stage door. Well done Chris!

That's brilliant! Was fan of Chris on ADWD and my cousin was a few years older than him at school (at The Hammond School of Dance and Drama) and he is great. Saw him playing Otto in Spring Awakening and he was really good so it's great to see him go into a show that's as big as Hairspray. He really deserves it. As for rest of Spring Awakening cast, Ioan Rheon has been playing Simon in Misfits on E4 and Jamie Blackley has made an appearance in a couple of the episodes. I have heard Aneurin Barnard has been filming a film called Ironclad. Lucy May Barker has most recently been working on a play at the Cottesloe theatre, National Theatre London called Really Old Like Forty Five and plays Millie in it.
