It has been announced that Maria will be reprising her Re-Arranged show at Trafalgar Studio 1 (as replacement after the early closure of Riflemind) Her performances will be late evening shows (either 8.30 or 9pm depending which night.) Sunday shows will be 6pm. The early slots at the theatre (matinees and early evening) will be Horrid Henry! Now I'm not bothered about Horrid Henry, but cannot wait for another chance to see Maria perform. Tickets are already on sale and mine are bought! She is doing 27 performances on various dates between 27th November and 4th January. Dates are on the Ambassadors/ Trafalgar Studios site.

Is this the same show she did earlier this year?
Did anyone see it and know the set list?

Apparently it was brilliant and she's doing songs by Randy Newman and other famous musical numbers! looks really good fun especially as she's going to have a big live band! think it would be a good christmas present for a musical fan!

I was there tonight and can confirm all that, a really fantastic evening.
Plus Mr Stephen Sondheim himself was in the audience along with Graham Norton

WOW!
And I get the impression (from another thread)
that Stephen Sondheim has also been to the Menier to see A Little Night Music....

Last night was fantastic.
Maria is an incredible performer with an amazing band too. I felt so sorry for them as the theatre was only about a third full - and its a small space.
However this gives the show a very intimate feel. Maria performed her little socks off and the audience were really enthusiastic and enjoyed every minute. (She thanked us at the end for making what could have been a difficult night really great, explaining how she feeds off audience energy.)
She has a magnificent voice and it was so wonderful to hear it so close up. Very rare to have that opportunity. She is a lovely, warm, witty person and the chat and introductions in between numbers were great too. Lots of Sondheim, but other stuff too, and I was delighted that she sang "As If We Never Said Goodbye" which blew me away at the ALW Birthday concert earlier this year.
Please go and see her. Its well worth it, and exceptional value (see my post above - despite the low cost, I couldn't have had a better seat!) ). And she & her band deserve to be playing to much bigger houses.

I saw this last Friday and will definately go back- if I get a chnce! Again, as freckles said about the theatre was only about half full, I thought this would have been booked up!
Again it's an amazing show nd would definately recommend anyone who can- go!

What a fantastic closing night! She has just an amazing voice and has so much FUN on stage - a real joy to hear her sing. And what wonderful, wonderful acting - I wish I had seen her Sunday In The Park With George; her Worst Pies In London was fanTABulous and such warmth in her audience interaction. Kudos to the band, which was equally fabulous. I can't say enough good things, it was a marvelous evening. I canNOT wait to hear and see her again. Well done!
