I wonder what he's doing these days - a brilliant director who didn't seem to get the chance to step up to the NT and RSC - I wonder why ? ATC were a great touring company, better then Cheek by Jowl, but Declan Donnellan became famous and John Retallack seemed to disappear. A great pity.
