What a joy of a production, Paul Hunter has stripped the theatre to its bare essentials and its black walls, for this genius adaptation.
I wont say too much but the highlight of this production is using the cast as foley artists throughout the show!
if you are in the north west, make sure this is a production you go and see!

Paul Hunter's Accidental Death a couple of yrs back is in my all-time top five, but this wasn't in the same league.
At best it came across as a posh panto and felt like being at the circus at times (trampolines & Charlie the Clown stylee sound effects)...the cast screamed their lines at each other, but never interacted. A pity as they were a talented lot and a couple of the characters were very good.
Fun at times but no subtlety, real humour or depth - 3/5.
