Heard a rumour today that the popular Library Theatre is to close soon as a result of asbestos being found in the building. Removal and rebuilding will take a long time even after the money has been found to achieve this. However the Library Theatre Company are likely to move to a new temporary (?) location whilst the the St Peters Square venue is closed. A former disco near the Village has been mentioned. Dates are not clear - the season is currently booking into 2009.
