I am probably being very stupid but I find this very confusing! I have the leftover packet from the huge pack of toilet rolls that I bought ages ago and don't know where to start! Why can't it be simple???

A complete waste of time!!! I followed instructions, entered the code and it was not recognised. I am considering complaining to WatchDog!! BEC
