I just wanted to draw everyone's attention to this astonishing new play at the Soho Theatre. I know I'll sound like one of those ghastly 'hey guys, there's this great new play opening...' publicists - you know the sort I mean - but I have to say that Orphans is hilarious, horrifying and heart-breaking, and the best new play I've seen since The Weir. It's only on for another week, and I can't recommend it highly enough. Do go if you can.

You know it's totally sold out so people can't get tickets other than returns? Claire Louise was AMAZING in this.

I suspected that might be the case, but we really needed a thread about it. This must transfer and have a longer life.

Joe Armstrong is outstanding too.

Job

It has transferred. It has been running for almost four months. Firstly at the Edinburgh Fest, then Birmingham rep and now London.

Fantastic cast, (stand out for me was Joe Armstrong) great writing. Loved it when I saw it in Edinburgh!
