I'm sure it will be good but it isn't a new play is it? I thought I read that it was a rewrite. I can't get that excited but then as you may have read on the Nat th thread, nothing much is exciting me theatre wise at the moment.

It is a rewrite but I’m really looking forward to it. Funny and poignant – I’m expecting

With the exception of Acorn Antiques the musical VW can do no wrong for me.

Saw this last night and found it totally unfunny. I felt for the cast struggling with such weak material.

I wonder how anyone thought to revive such poor, horribly dated material.
