Co-Opera Co. is a training opera company aimed at professional opera singers in the early stages of their careers, undergraduates nearing the conclusion of their course, budding conductors, directors, répétiteurs, stage managers and lighting designers.

The Members of Co-Opera Co. are a group of like-minded professionals, from all areas of the performing arts, who believe strongly that it is their duty to pass on their knowledge and experience to the next generation. Our Weekend Opera Workshops are a series of detailed programmes of intensive work, 12 hours over each weekend, devised by the members of Co-Opera Co. providing singers, aspiring conductors, directors, répétiteurs with an amazing opportunity to work with major operatic performers currently engaged in principal opera houses around the world.

Our 2009 Summer Opera School culminates in two fully staged productions in London.
