Well, my pick was Taking Sides (4.5/5) - Collaboration (4) was very gud too, brilliantly acted but without any real drama for me...also the 2nd act, tho' worthy was a bit staid, but overall well worth seeing Those who I chatted to on the day who'd seen both plays all thought Taking Sides was quite unmissable.
Six Authors was v gud too (4) - esp to see the puzzled expressions at the interval on the faces of the Festival Theatre regulars - I liked the unique staging a lot.
And finally...The Music Man...average 3...the lead chap is panto std and it's left to some of the other characters to carry the thing off.
