I see from Playbill that Lisa O'Hare will be reprising her leading role in Cam Mack/The National's My Fair Lady which kicks off late this year for a US National Tour. Great news, I saw her in Woking last year, having seen Amy Nuttall previously, and thought she was absolutely amazing. Am off to see her in Poppins over Easter and looking forward to it from what many of you have said!

When does Lisa leave Poppins?

Cos I saw My Fair Lady twice and got Amy both times, and then when I went to see some other's that I know in Poppins, we had Jamie Farr on as Mary

I read somewhere that there is a cast change for May. Not sure which date.

Playbill (LINK) actually says the US National Tour premiere will be in March 2008 (in Philadelphia) - ie NOT THIS year:

QUOTE
in Philly, Cameron Mackintosh's production of My Fair Lady will make its U.S. premiere March 11–16, 2008
QUOTE
The legendary Lerner & Loewe musical will star acclaimed British theatre actors Christopher Cazenove and Lisa O'Hare,
who earned rave reviews for their dynamic performances as Professor Henry Higgins and Eliza Doolittle.

-----------------------------------

I'd have liked to see Lisa O'Hare as Eliza;
but when the UK Tour was in my area,
the venue seemed unable to tell me the performances at which Lisa was scheduled to play Eliza -
so I chose not to go at all, as a protest!

I'm pretty sure that Scarlett starts back on the last Monday of May which is the 28th, making Lisa's last performance on the 26th May. I don't know whether this has been confirmed yet but this is what i've heard.

I saw Lisa as Eliza when she was Amy Nuttall's understudy. I was lucky enough to see both actresses and i have to say i preferred Lisa, she was fantastic.

Great opportunity for her to show her talents. I'll really miss her though, saw her for the second time in MP last week and thought she was the best Mary since the show opened

you must be joking, Amy was by far the best. I work in a theatre that mfl was on at and amy got a rapturous response from the audience every time she was on,and her comic timing in the race scene was spot on. it just wasn't the same when lisa was on. I know lisa is very good but Amy stood out and has real star quality as far as I'm concerned.
