Just read the thread on Glenn Carter and the comments about Stephen Ashfield. So here I am starting a thread for him. I saw Jersey Boys yesterday matinee, wonderful show. The Actor who really stood out for me WAS Stephen Ashfield, so I can see where those comments come from. What a voice!! Apparently he is Scottish, but I would never have guessed after hearing that perfect New Jersey accent. A very talented Actor too.

Has anyone seen Stephen is any other shows? He has such stage presence and seems to really enjoy the show. I have really missed out by not seeing this guy before.

He made his West End debut as Boy George in "Taboo", played John in "Tomorrow Morning" (New End Theatre), Nick Piazza in "Fame" and "Imagine This" (Plymouth Theatre Royal). He can also be seen in Tim Burton's "Sweeney Todd".

I saw Stephen 2 weeks ago and thought he was just fantastic, he is so perfect for the part. I love the show, the 4 boys are just so good.

Im actually going back next Friday and a friend of mine who works at The theatre told me that Stephen is on Hols, which means the gorgeous Kieran Jae will be playing Stephens part.
I saw Kieran man y times in Mamma Mia and thought he was just brilliant such great comic timing. I amvery excited to see what he does with Bob Gaudio.

EVeryone should go and see Jersey Boys its amazing.

STEPHEN = CELTIC, CHARMING with BOYISH GRIN that Lights up the stage biggrin.gif That Scottish accent is Sooooooooooooo Charming and the one I least expected to hear! As for his singing voice! I NEVER expected to hear such a Loud Booming voice coming from a Sweet faced Slender body! LOL

Stevie needs to get some meat on his bones! He's looking like "Annie".......Annie-rexic! Maybe the 2 hours x 8 times a week of Dancing under Hot lights has made him super slender! wink.gif
