I've never had bad value from them though you get what your pay for - don't expect the front of the stalls for £10, more likely the middle of the upper circle. It's always worth checking them if you are thinking of queueing up at the Tkts booth, worth checking them first as you can often get the same or slightly cheaper prices without the booking fee (or the queueing).

I've used their very cheap 'best available' seats three times and have always been in the middle of the stalls, twice at the far end, but each time was very happy considering I was only paying £10-£20! Definitely a good bargain.

Depends which shows you are looking for. You won't find £10 tickets at TKTS. Always worth checking both especially since it's not always convenient to queue at TKTS.
Incidentally I noticed Boeing Boeing was £15 at TKTS last time I walked past. That seems a big reduction for a show that's just extended (unless a coach party had suddenly cancelled!)

May I put in a plug here for the Boeing Boeing seats at £15 on TKTS? They are rear stalls and sold as "restricted view" but the restriction on the view consists of small pillars which affect most of the rear stalls and are a very minor irritation. Otherwise they are good seats.
Last Minute seats are fair value usually, although I have found once or twice that they are rather far back in the stalls, but this is only a minor matter.

The tkts tickets for boeing boeing are face value £25.00 so not top price. It hasnt been on tkts top price very often so I guess its selling well. Great play I must say - very funny

I use lastminute.com all the time for buying tickets. If you choose the 'all shows a-z' option, then sort by lowest price first, you can find some amazing deals. That's how I got a top price ticket to The Glass Menagerie for only £10 last week.
I've never been disappointed or short-changed by them, and I can't think of any down sides.
