In Topic: Bad Behaviour At A Show

A good story about FOH staff. I say good, started with bad FOH behaviour but they did redeem themselves. Went to see Abigail's Party at Milton Keynes last night. A group of ladies obviously been drinking, talked loudly through most of the first half. Too far away for the 'ssssshhhhh' to be effective we complained to FOH staff saying their performance was unacceptable. Second half started and so did the talking from the inebriated young girls. FOH staff immediately approached the ladies and told them to be quiet. A much quieter second half that does show what FOH staff can do.

Incredibly funny with some superb actingb performances, notably Simon Russell Beale, John Simm, Harry Melling, Indira Varma & John Hefferman who deliver incredibly rich & detailed portrayals of their characters. I'm still struggling with the content of the play but its worth seeing for the performances alone
So you liked all of the cast then?

You can have mine as long as you take the other 500 assorted programmes. No? Never mind. Seriously if I can find it in the system you can have it. Send me your email address.
I'll have a read of your 500 programmes. Lynette goes to good theatre, I have read your posts

Why would this be bad behaviour? If you don't like a performance show your displeasure. Never done it personally, doubt I ever will. I prefer the steely fixed glare of displeasure whilst withdrawing my round of applause
