Chess

Just seen the Cast announcement on twitter for the Unions new production of Chess at the Union. Originally thought it was a Morphic Graffiti production and was interested to see what they did after their Jekyll, but it's Sasha Regan producing in house. Runs from the 13th Feb - 16th March.

Cast includes, Sarah Galbraith as Florence (Steel Piere) Nadim Naaman as Anatoly (Phantom, Marguerite) Tim Oxbrow as Freddie (Legacy Falls, Honk) Natasha J Barnes as Svetlana (Spring Awakening, Peter Pan, Lend Me A Tenor) Gillian Kirkpatrick as Molokov (Hairspray, Sweeney Todd, Into The Woods, I LoveYou, You're Perfect, Now Change, Billy Elliott) Craig Rhys Barlow as Arbiter (When Harry Met Barry) Neil Stewart (Walter)

Lift: The Musical

So happy to see the announcment for Craig Adam's musical 'Lift' at the Soho. I saw a version of it at the Soho Theatre a little while ago in the Festival of First's I think it was called. I've been hooked ever since. Julie Atherton and Luke Kempner are amongst the cast. Check out the announcment. Really can't speak highly enough of this show from what I've heard and seen.

Not sure if anybody has seen this production of new musical 'Old Goat Song' with music and lyrics David Reiser and book by Jules Tasca.

Cast features Andrea Miller (Noel Cowards - Sail Away at Sadlers Wells), Leigh Lothian (Featured on I'd Do Anything) and Pippa Windlow (Tale of Two Cities - Charing Cross)
