It's a shame Sally Dexter didn't get an Olivier nomination. I don't think the panel should put her down just because they don't like the show. She does a phenomenal job.

rapping during 'So Emotional' - trust me, it's not as bad as it sounds!

I didn't like the rap in So Emotional. For me it didn't fit with the rest of the song and interrupted what was a great rendition of a classic. I don't mind rap in some songs but for me adding rap to So Emotional didn't work and was one of my only criticisms with the evening - the projections another.

That was single handedly one of the best afternoons I've spent in a theatre. The minimal scenery and intimacy of the theatre really helped to showcase Eileen Atkins and Michael Gambon's superb acting talents to the full. Hilarious at times and moving at others, Beckett's play All That Fall is a masterpiece. Sir Trevor Nunn was in the audience and his ringtone went off so everyone spotted him.

The RSC is currently under fire, accused of discrimination for casting (only) 3 Asian actors in their production of the Chinese classic, The Orphan of Zhao, dir Greg Doran, out of a cast of 17.

This is ridiculous. It's such a shame for producers of theatre these days to have to put up with such allegations. The RSC is not discriminatory as Pharoah's Number 2 rightly points out. I bet all the actors who have been cast play the roles well.
