My company produced Exit in Manchester so I know how bloody hard he works. Not hiding anything, don't really see what difference it makes

Don't you dare delete this thread.
Are you kidding me people? The man has posted some fun images on his site to support a show he has been working 24hrs a day for well over a year to promote and the little nazi police on here do nothing but bash him and throw some copied text about law at him? Lighten up, it's fun and silly, ON A WEBSITE, it's not his print ad, it's not the images that run in the newspapers with his reviews, he's having some fun.

To the person who said they hope the show closes before it opens, if you knew anything about theatre you would know this show has been a huge hit at the Ed Fringe, New York, Manchester, Hollywood, Australia etc and is now doing great in London (he was on the front page of The Stage and inside the Telegraph......I presume you read?). And what a nasty thing to say that you hope it closes. Good old theatre fans supporting the industry we love.

The advertising for this show is clear to see around London, he's just had a bit of fun with these 2 online, chill the hell out. He's only done what Evil Dead and Divine Sister did.

How about instead of moaning you lighten the hell up and support theatre, this is a brave and very funny show that he has worked non stop most of the time alone to turn in to a success, he does not just sit behind a laptop and shake his finger at other people.

Best new musical of the past 10 years, easily. I dont know why people are finding the narrative so hard, it's very simple, the story is actually one of hope in the end, i thought it was stunning. The Sept 11th moment gave me chills and 21 Guns was one of the best things i have ever heard in the theatre

Lord, as someone who was in this show for a long time even i have to admit this show is a wreck, its a great launch pad for young dancers etc but the UK productions over the past 10 years are getting camper and camper. The original UK production was not a great show but my god it was brilliantly choreographed and directed with flair, now the choreography is as pedestrian as the scaled down set and the show is aimed at little kids, i miss the original Fame.

If you ever get chance to watch the first ever production on DVD at the Coconut Grove Playhouse in 1988 its BRILLIANT. Raw, authentic, fast and exciting, gritty at times (a riot amongst the kids ends act 1) and it feels legit. Such a shame they decided to take all the swearing out and the heart and replace it with colorful costumes and campness. It would be great to see the 88 Fame back, i would be there in a heart beat. No doubt this tour will be the same old same old

I'm sorry but making her sound slow is not enjoyable at all surely, it's a bad decision and a bad performance of someone who is a bit slow. It knocks all the end part of her story completely off. I sound like can't stand her when in fact I LOVE her on TV and enjoyed her in Abigails Party, but I refuse to even try and defend this performance, no matter how much I like her
